Collierville is one of the choice places to live in the Memphis area. We are only 30 minutes from downtown Memphis. Many of our residents don't mind making that commute because of the quality of life we have here. Our town has attracted businesses such as FedEx's World Tech Center to locate here.  One of the major points of interest in Collierville is the Town Square. Established originally around the Town Square, Collierville has grown from that "heart." The Town Square gives the community a small-town ambience that cannot be found anywhere else in Shelby County. The square is surrounded by local businesses. This small town atmosphere is one of the reasons for the explosive growth. Town planners have done an excellent job balancing the growth while maintaining the community atmosphere. Collierville has positioned itself for growth through the planning of its infrastructure, but much has also been done to preserve the history of this great community.
